There are no identification markings as the labels have fallen off. Old, but still turns over fine. Was unable to remove the bottom rigid conduit nipple, although threads look good. I cannot make any guarantees about the blower specifics.

I think it accepts a 2 1/2 conduit on both top and bottom but not sure.
